Took a fall and banged one of the caps on an old NSX scope. (Old like I bought it used in 2011) The illumination still worked but has been wonky since then. Flickering, etc. Called this Wednesday to get an RA number to send the scope back for repair at my cost since I broke it. They said try a replacement battery cap first, give me your shipping info and we'll send one.
Sitting here with the new battery cap installed and a working scope this morning. No questions asked other than where to send the part. No cost to me. I don't even have a serial number for that scope since the scope is cerakoted and I don't get any original box or paperwork when I bought it.
Can't beat support like that on a legacy product that old.
